To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺這家店食晚飯,真係幾正!先講咗個咖喱牛腩飯,牛腩腍得滑,咖喱香濃夠哂味,望落去都覺得飽滿得滯。再來個招牌海鮮喇沙,辣度啱啱好,湯底入口香滑帶點椰香後調,跟啲魚片、蝦同豆卜融為一體,食落開心過聽廣東歌。至於玻璃魷魚通菜,通菜爽口,魷魚Q彈,簡單嘅一道,都可以keep住夠水準。炸蝦餅嚟話,外皮真係又脆又香,入面嘅蝦肉彈牙新鮮,食落令人回味。依間店嘅食物,真係正宗南洋味兒,啱晒鍾意嘗新口味嘅食友黎試,講真,下次仲要再黎㗎啦!🔥🥢🍤
