To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢度做咗好多年以前有仔女幫手而家得兩公婆所以有好多複雜嘅菜都冇做要預先訂我叫咗一個牛肉vindaloovindaloo應該係印度咖哩中最辣嘅一種我專登問佢呢個係印度式嘅vindaloo定係港式vindaloo港式可能唔夠辣嘛抱住期待嘅心跟住食到佢真係激辣咁多年都維持 印度式家庭味道真係激好味今日見到佢爆曬棚咁濟 心入面都安樂啲希望佢經常爆場 可以維持到租金呢度地道到有兩枱客都係同鄉可能個燒雞畀個鐵板 烤到燶咗少少其實下次我應該叫四嗰一人餐跟住再加一個烤雞咁就perfect絕對係夠曬五個人食
