To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日過開黎頭開會，係度匆忙食左個早餐，食完後匆忙趕去開會。開完會番office 先發現漏左個八達通信用卡係餐廳。接近兩小時後先發現。打電話去餐廳問話有。好感謝餐廳員工幫手 keep 起。餐廳員工質素非常好！very nice ! 同埋杯咖啡同火腿鮑魚通粉好好食好好飲！下次有機會試驗下其他嘢。價錢有抵食。👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻如果有機會過開黎一定再幫嚫！The cafe's coffee is very nice!l compare to most HK local cafes.
