Japanese Hot Pot Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時經過呢間鋪，每一次都一定大排長龍，真係忍唔住要試一試佢，佢開11:30，未開舖已經有10個人排緊，咁11:30就準時入去。叫咗個薩摩牛餐250g，轉烏冬。啲擺盤幾吸引，佢一送到嗰刻係開心，但係食落就好傷心。除咗個三塊薩摩牛，下邊啲牛，冇咩味，又鞋，又韌。係點打都好韌,就算係就咁碌佢六七秒就即刻食，都係好韌。食得好辛苦，就好似折磨自己一樣。其他湯底，烏冬，菜，瓜，基本同其他日式打邊爐冇分別，正正常常。最後總結，如果要排半個鐘以上，呢間冇咩特別之餘，啲牛仲要幾差，水又要問佢拎。真係去日式任食打邊爐仲好，有魚蛋菜嘢飲任拎，啲牛都仲要好過佢。
