To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 如心中菜餐廳前陣子大翻新,最近開始以全部面貌示人。環境相當舒適高雅,給人眼前一亮的感覺!這天相約了幾位朋友一同品嚐這裡的新菜式。我們先點了前菜小食,包括:至尊蜜汁叉燒、松露蜜糖燕窩釀雞翼及話梅蕃茄。蜜汁叉燒肥瘦適中,質感軟腍,名層香甜,而且更是厚切,吃起上來很滿足。松露蜜糖燕窩釀雞翼外表平平無奇,咬開內層包著滿滿的燕窩,非常足料!焗南非鮑魚酥這個菜式真的充滿驚喜,除了賣相很別出心裁之外,味道更是令印象深刻。酥香的外層包著鮮味軟腍的八頭鮑魚,淋上飽魚汁,絕對是驚艷之作!椰皇錦繡球打開椰皇是充滿椰香的雞湯,味道很清甜,湯中的豆腐切成一絲絲,非常精細,可見師傅的力功絕對了得。港式薑蒽花膠煲花膠非常大塊,而且這個價錢來說真的相當抵食。用上港式薑蒽的煮法,味道不錯。遠年陳皮意大利黑醋骨中西合璧的煮法,又幾特別。用上意大利的黑醋烹調,再加入25年的陳皮,出來的效果想不到是這麼好吃,濃香的黑醋味再帶點陳皮的清香,值得一試。砂鍋安格斯牛肉鵝肝飯鵝肝大大塊而且厚身,數量竟有三塊之多!再加入了安格斯牛,絕對是邪惡之極,但也太好吃,只好吃完再減了。很推介,味道很好,環境也舒服,非常有誠意的餐廳。
