年十一,跟家人第一次試這家位於官塘工業區的張公子飲茶。一入門口的大石receiption 好有氣勢。但餐廳環境確實有點嘈, 可能仲有太多人團拜。星期六11:30開門,已經座滿一半人。我們三個人點了6款點心加一碟招牌西班牙黑毛豬叉燒。點心味道唔錯,正正常常,用料都是中高檔。最好味竟是蟹粉小籠包,出奇地好味,蟹膏蟹肉味超濃,湯汁鮮味。而黑毛豬叉燒是厚切,口感非常正,有點燶邊,叉燒頭十分好好好味,下次一定會再encore.
