秋風起,又是吃火鍋的季節了,今晚便來到深水埗的火鍋專門店。滋潤螺片花膠雞煲半隻$228,店員會為我們烹煮雞窩,雞的份量大約有半隻之多,花膠筒有六隻,鍋㡳的雞湯味道十足,喝完湯底之後,感覺很滋陰養顏。由於湯底味道鮮甜,所以不知不覺喝了兩碗。餃餃陣$92,韭菜餃、麻辣雲吞、鮮蝦木耳雲吞、魚皮餃。其中以麻辣雲吞的辣度最為出色。 頂級安格斯牛小排$198,牛小排的牛肉味道十足,脂肪分布均勻,份量亦不少。手工即炸魚皮$53,大大塊的鮮炸魚皮,用鰱魚皮即點即炸,無論放湯或即時食用,味道都很好。雜菜籃$75,有菜心、油麥菜和生菜,畢竟現在要吃得健康,火鍋都要有蔬菜。大鹹檸七$35、烏梅汁$42,兩款飲品,都酸酸甜甜,非常配合火鍋。
