講起韓國嘅燉雞,有兩間好出名嘅。今晚一於同媽媽試吓其中一間,叫做辛安東元祖奶奶雞。佢開咗喺內街一個比較隱蔽嘅位,所以搵得去食嘅人,我諗都真係幾熟韓國出名嘅菜。食燉雞,梗係要食佢最出名最經典嗰款啦。我哋兩個人就揀咗食半隻雞,而我同我阿媽出名為食,所以就忍唔住叫多咗個辛辣年糕八爪魚炒麵。個年糕八爪魚炒麵都幾濃味,啱晒啲好鍾意食韓國醬料嘅人。特別要提一提佢個麵唔係行嘅韓國公仔麵,係真係有彈性又煙韌嘅拉麵。加上八爪魚係成隻上,配埋炒年糕底撈埋個泡菜汁又有蒜香,真係好醒胃。到咗主菜啦,個燉雞配菜有薯仔,厚切青瓜,洋蔥,蘿蔔,當然就有如果你識食緊雞,一定最想食佢個燉雞底嘅薯粉。我哋叫咗半隻雞嘅份量,個汁濃得來,但仲食得到雞嘅味道。而最正就係,啲薯粉撈埋個汁食,真係好入味。我見隔離枱仲專登加錢變做火鍋,可以將個汁發揮得淋漓盡致。但因為我同我阿媽得兩個人,再叫火鍋就真係太大食啦,下次試啦。
