🇰🇷銅鑼灣新開韓式主打刀削麵嘅餐廳,仲要係自己手打嘅面添,種類唔多,但基本上韓國人成日食嘅幾款都會有,而且麵量都唔少😍韓國砂鍋牛腱($288)砂鍋上面鋪滿好多牛腱,下面就係金菇同埋蔥,湯底係相對清淡嘅牛骨湯,可以自己加韓國胡椒粉同埋海鹽,推薦大家一定要加胡椒粉,即刻香好多~ 牛腱質地唔錯,煮到有啲骨膠原黏黏地😚辣椒醬係有啲蔥喺入邊,好惹味!炸醬麵 韓國嘅炸醬麵本身以為黑豆味好重,點知係甜醬油嘅味道,加上啲肉粒、薯仔、瓜類同埋最主要嘅洋蔥等配料,再加上佢非常彈牙嘅麵條,仲要冇剪過嘅,跟足韓國做法呢💁🏻‍♀️仲想叫埋佢哋大大粒餃子但係驚太飽忍住咗,下次再試🤪
