近年韓式炸雞非常流行, 但炸物吃得多總會膩。朋友說cwb 開了一家吃韓式烤雞, 於是便去試試。店舖位置不算太遠, 地鐵站走約10分鐘便到。Menu 第一頁已經有提及, 他們的爐是意大利火山岩製造, 不經油炸, 更為健康。Garlic chicken 原味烤雞好像有點普通, 與朋友相討後決定吃garlic favour。 上碟才知道原來有十一、十二塊雞, 有雞脾, 雞胸, 雞亦等。先吃雞脾, 皮香肉滑, 完全不鞋口。雞脾更為鮮嫩, 入味而且不失肉汁。雞胸肉感強, 還是雞脾稍勝。Clear seafood tang 海鮮鍋的湯底極濃, 海鮮味很重, 鍋中有蝦, 蜆, 尢魚, 八爪魚, 非常滿足。Yu ja apple Squash Yu apple加入soda, 味道像是柚子蜜, 但更為清新, 酸甜中又冰凍。
