To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家庭日,一家三囗去一間韓式餐廳午餐。這間餐廳裝修得簡單整潔,卡位坐着也舒適。餐牌上食物的選擇也不少,我們點了一客韓式豚肉湯烏冬、雞肉炒粉絲和溫泉蛋石頭鍋飯。餐廳上菜的速度也算快,食物陸續上桌。韓式豚肉湯烏冬的湯底是豬骨濃湯,聞着很香。韓式豚肉帶着微辣,肉質也算腍滑。除了豚肉外,還有冬菇絲、椰菜絲和半隻溫泉蛋,味道還可以。雞絲炒粉絲的配料也很足,嫩滑的雞肉、爽脆的紅蘿蔔和椰菜絲、菇香味四溢的冬菇伴着粉絲一起吃,口感十足。總覺得韓國人吃得健康,他們總是多菜少肉。這客溫泉蛋牛肉飯完全表現出這種文化。牛肉的份量很少,反而菠菜、芽菜、紅蘿蔔和泡菜等的配菜很多。用醬汁拌着飯一起吃,又溫暖又惹味。美味又健康的食物總是受歡迎的。
