今天是疫情開放晚上堂食的第一天,好久沒吃韓燒了,朋友相約來到彌彌敦道749號歐亞銀行大廈地厙的炑八韓燒。餐廳招牌菜是燒韓牛。不僅燒肉質素高,更有前菜:有酸甜醃蘿蔔、海帶、豆芽菜、蔬菜沙律、韓國泡菜、生菜等健康又可口。我們選擇了虎視眈眈燒肉套餐:包含醬油五花肉、牛小排、梨汁雞肉、大啡菇、芝士生蠔、醬油大王豬排骨。牛小排:油脂分布均勻呈雪花狀,入口即化,齒夾留香。醬油五花肉:肥瘦相隔,肉色亮麗,燒烤時油香四溢,食慾大增,包上生菜吃口感一流。醃製入味的醬油大王豬排骨好驚喜,肉質軟腍,帶少少醬油甜味,比我在韓國吃的還要好吃。特級牛肋骨:連骨帶肉每面斜切刀功不錯,入口柔嫩軟滑,豐富肉汁 口感丰富齒夾留香。餐廳無論在食物選料、醃製還是刀功都落足功夫,以後還會光臨。
