慶祝朋友考試合格的一晚, 剛好天雨大家都不能駕車, 選了這家FUSION日式居酒屋, 既可喝啤酒又有日式料理. 晚上有不錯的Drink set選擇, 不用多費動筋點菜. ABC三個組合裡要數C最吸引我. 我點的是普通啤酒, 而朋友點的是5050, 即普通啤+黑啤, 頗特別. 一杯有差不多一公升, 泡沬亦很漂亮. 這裡的蟹味噌甲羅燒做得不錯, 濃郁及豐富的味道, 鮮味在口中擴散. 簡單的一道鹽燒赤魚, 做法普通, 魚也不是名貴. 但挾開魚肉, 帶油潤質感及鮮味的魚肉, 吃得完全停不了口. 原隻雞腿上桌後, 店員便淋上酒點上一燒. 可觀性一流. 雞皮脆, 雞肉嫩, 做得不錯的一道菜式. 壓尾的主菜是這塊A4和牛, 雪花紋路漂亮之極. 價格是$2/克, 我們要求大約150-200克一塊便足夠. 按要求燒至需要的生熟度, 我們傾向是3成左右便足夠. 這塊和牛除了沾鹽, 配蒜片, 也可以配芥茉, 每個吃法都吃出牛肉的濃厚油脂及肉味, 十二分滿足. 這次不想吃炒飯或麵一類的澱粉質, 而是點了明太子芝士椰菜燒餅. 燒餅前後用上2種不同醬料. 一半是平常的燒汁而另一半是明太子醬. 味道新穎得來意想不到

埋單的價格是每人$500左右, 以食物的份量及質素, 再加2杯大啤酒, 實在是超值.
