To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次呢一間係我仔介紹我嚟食，因為佢之前試過沙田嗰一間佢話好好味喎，所以今日特登同咗佢嚟荃灣呢一間食，我哋各自叫咗小鍋米線再加餸。第一碗小鍋米線走辣加肥牛加雞絲，雖然加嗰啲餸係好普通但係配合埋小鍋米線裏面嘅味道都幾好味， 飲品就叫咗個凍朱古力 ; 另一碗就係小鍋米線走辣加豬軟骨加雞翼，個豬軟骨個味道好好味又冧，雞翼啲鹵水味亦好濃郁入味，雖然碗小鍋米線唔係辣嘅但都好ok， 飲品就叫咗鹹檸七，懷念以前嘅味道 ; 再加咗個醬伴皮蛋小食係有少少辣嘅都可以接受ok
