To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彩福皇宴原本是普通中式酒樓集團,後來大換裝後主推婚宴酒席。去過的幾家分店,都是以淺粉色和寶藍色為主調,裝潢風格不算矜貴華麗,但不失光潔明亮,也有點少女童話風,碰上婚宴日期,還會見到白紗紅玫瑰。餐廳內空間寬敞,枱椅排佈不算密集擠擁。假日午市和下午茶都較多人,如碰上婚宴日,在七點前可能要忍受麻將竹戰之聲,如在七後下單還要與婚宴爭奪廚房,但平日晚飯時段人流不多,有時人少也能坐到大枱,運氣好的還會坐到“二線海景”,還算是便飯閒聊的好地方。酒樓就位於紅磡火車站對面的置富都會商場,顧客平時以紅磡街坊和車站乘客為主,而且交通極為方便,不少朋友想集齊全家大細吃飯,家庭成員又遍佈港九新界,也會選這裡,我們這次就是如此。懷舊金獎叉燒,色澤明亮,屬半肥瘦的厚切叉燒王,肥瘦分明而肥膏不會過多,肉質有豬肉的鮮嫩鹹香,醬汁也夠甜。脆皮南乳雞。離遠已香味飄溢,看上去份量十足,金黃脆皮賣相吸引。吃了幾塊入口,外皮皮薄香脆,內裏肉質嫩滑軟熟多汁,夾著淡淡南乳香,很香口滋味。以前吃過它們的脆皮一品燒雞,配料不是南乳沾醬而是淮鹽而不是,同樣另有風味。柚子爽蕎頭京燒豚肉粒,豚肉外層有薄薄脆皮炸漿,豚肉肉質幼嫩,有咬勁但不乾硬

柚子爽蕎頭京燒豚肉粒,豚肉外層有薄薄脆皮炸漿,豚肉肉質幼嫩,有咬勁但不乾硬,蕎頭鬆軟綿密爽口多汁,柚子汁酸甜適中夠醒胃,讓豚肉和蕎頭都留有清新柚子味。

三蔥黑椒牛柳粒,就是牛柳粒混上三椒(洋蔥 + 大蔥 + 紅椒)爆炒,只是牛柳粒入口幼嫩,算是香口。

客家菜蒸龍躉班頭腩,龍躉是切片班腩,火候不及原條清蒸,但也算及格,再放咸菜和紅棗,再加薑蔥慢蒸,酸咸之中又有微甜。

黑松露秋葵帶子炒滑蛋,當炒蛋遇上秋葵,咬下秋葵不覺濕潺只覺爽脆,黑松露本已香濃,襯著幼滑炒蛋香,加上鮮甜嫩口秋葵的帶子,是值得回頭的菜式。

豪門巧手炒米,本以為是普通雜錦炒米粉,後來入口才知是以海鮮為主料(包括魷魚、蝦乾、貴妃蚌),再配以豆乾絲、冬菇絲、紅蘿蔔絲、炒蛋絲、青椒絲等材料炒成,材料豐富,香口惹味不失口層次,米粉也炒得夠乾身不油膩。

臘味糯米飯,在現在秋冬時節吃下足夠暖胃,所謂秋風起食臘味,糯米飯已內有臘味粒,飯面再鋪上數片大臘腸片,更添賣相,糯米飯是生炒,飯身軟熟,材料十足。

整體而言,環境還算整潔舒適,服務態度則視乎時段和人手,今次是不過不失,其實菜式未臻於星級水平,只是味道有驚喜,份量也超出預期,人均 $200算是很經濟實惠,如要兼顧地點、環境、食物質素,這裏是不妨一試的抵食之選。
