上個月同朋友食隔離間18巷,覺得食物質素相當唔錯。當晚見隔離同屬同一個老闆嘅餐廳牛禪有飛騨牛食,即晚已講定一齊再相約去食。聖誕節梗係乘機出黎慶祝食大餐啦~三點前菜 - $30三款中最愛漬物蒜頭~ 蒜頭粒食都真係未試過,又估唔到咁好食。漬物蒜頭完全無蒜頭嘅辛辣味,而且好爽脆。味醂魚乾 - $98即係雞泡即烘即食。魚乾上味醂甜甜地,魚乾煙煙韌韌,仲可以點沙律醬一齊食。同朋友吹水嘅最佳小食。炸雞軟骨 - $38另一吹水嘅最佳小食,熱辣辣炸起嘅雞軟骨,香脆得黎唔油膩,而且唔會太咸,一粒接一粒,食唔停口。芒果蟹籽沙律 - $88 沙律配上有好多青爪絲,加埋芒果蟹籽食,好爽脆開胃。A5飛騨玫瑰 - $1680今晚大餐主角出埸,將牛變成一朵朵精緻嘅擺到咁靚,真係未滿足我味蕾就先震撼我視覺。飛騨玫瑰每款都插有旗仔介紹,分別有飛騨牛脛脊、飛騨牛小排、飛騨A5肉眼同飛騨A5西冷。店員細心同我地介紹一下牛,話要由無咁濃味嘅飛騨牛脛脊開始燒。 飛騨牛脛脊好薄,唔駛燒太耐就食得,入口牛味濃郁,沾少少岩鹽已好好食飛騨牛小排比飛騨牛脛脊牛味更濃,而且有嚼勁。飛騨A5西冷係油脂最豐富,燒起黎特別香,肉質柔軟细腻,
