To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排週不時要去灣仔開會,食lunch的好地方差不多都經已光顧過,電光火石之間,忽然想起久遺了的博匯大廈,不如就往Trafalgar。Trafalgar其實似pub多過似餐廳,前身如果無記錯是印尼餐廳 bebek bengil 3,擁有個大露台,可以飽覽繁忙的駱克道。大眾化當然要選擇set lunch。前菜是沙律、餐湯二選一,主菜選擇更加多,意粉、牛、豬、雞什麽都有。本身白汁大蜆意粉看似最吸引,但不竟平時太少食魚,索性就點一道忌廉汁海鱸魚。忌廉汁的確調較得不錯,但想不到海鱸魚完全沒有魚味,相反小魚骨出奇地多。先知都是點意粉較為保險。
