To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上一次來吃午餐,由於趕時間,點了set lunch, 只覺得ok,沒有什麼特別。今次可以慢慢享受晚餐,覺得有點在上野、淺草吃Yakiniku 嘅感覺。 在復活節長假期打電話去book 位 fully booked, 所以5:30 pm 去walk-in 才有位。員工服務態度好,也很積極。坐位的距離也很ok, 不像很多燒肉店很侷促。食物方面,點了一個沙律、一份泡菜三式、一份厚切牛脷、一份四人和牛併盤、一份海鮮煎餅。我們三個人去吃,份量剛好。和牛和牛脷的品質,特別是厚切牛脷,份量雖然不多,但味道和口感真的跟在日本吃的差不多。海鮮煎餅也比傳統韓國店做的好,料很豐富,也不是太油膩。埋單$1100,性價比ok👍🏻。
