想試「楚撚記」很久了,2024年11月中終於有機會一試。晚市下午五時半開始,五時半前到達,門外已有人龍。本來想去荃灣旗艦店,但訂不到位,便改去土瓜灣總店,環境光猛整潔。兩款老火靚湯都很吸引。點了老火菜乾煲豬肺湯(細)($118),份量足,又足料,味道非常好。招牌菜之一的菠蘿拔絲咕嚕肉(梅頭)($119)人氣極高,用上梅頭,肉質軟腍帶爽,口感一流,咕嚕汁酸甜適中,再脆一點便完美。飛天通菜煲($92)非常惹味,通菜保持翠綠,不過對窩夫來說稍嫌太辣。冬天要吃生炒臘味糯米飯(每碗$42),不夠乾身,有進步空間。後加的煲仔香焗白胡椒蝦($169)的白胡椒味太誘人了,蝦夠大隻夠新鮮,粉絲吸盡精華,難得做到不油不膩,驚喜之作。免收加一茶芥,還送糖水,糖水有兩款選擇,分別是清心丸綠豆爽和椰汁芋頭西米露,粉糯的芋頭超好吃呢。
