一月初窩夫與閨蜜光顧了灣仔的貊炙,被安排坐在一間設有一張六人卡位的房間,私隱度極高。餐牌上有兩款套餐,分別是每位680元的廚師發辦套餐和每位520元的韓牛套餐,每款最少兩位起。一行五人點了兩款套餐各兩份,四人份量已經非常足夠,大家都吃得很飽。落單後先送來前菜,以及套餐中的季節沙律和醬油盛盒。除了什錦海鮮辣拌芽菜,其餘四款前菜(紅色碟邊)都可以無限添加。前菜不可缺的泡菜。小魚乾很受大家歡迎,要追加呢。醬油魷魚也要追加。兩個套餐都有醬油盛盒,每客有兩隻蝦和兩隻帶子,醃得夠入味,不會太鹹,醬油味更會提升蝦和帶子的鮮甜味,令窩夫對醬油海鮮的興趣大增。和牛生牛肉的賣相精美,相機食完之後,店員會將所有材料拌勻,生牛肉加了生雞蛋黃特別滑,青瓜、梨和松子仁更令口感和味道更豐富。白切肉用的是五花腩,但不會太肥膩,彥陽牛肉餅煎得香口,肉味香濃。吃完多款前菜,輪到令人最期待的燒肉,兩個套餐四人份量的肉放在一起,不少得貊炙主打的熟成牛肉。窩夫與閨蜜顧著聊天聚舊,請來專業的店員負責燒肉,先燒牛小排和牛舌,牛小排的脂肪分布均勻,燒過後滲出油脂,充滿肉香。牛舌燒得剛剛好,十分彈牙。肉眼的大理石脂肪紋同樣分布均勻,油
