今晚又同hubby去拍拖食好西,揀左尖沙咀既黑門水產,6:00入去嘅時候冇乜人,不過好快就已經坐滿了。叫咗個三文魚牛油炒雜菇( $58 ),牛油味香,有三文魚肉碎在當中,整體份量都唔少。味增煮牛肋骨( $88 ),啲牛好腍,有七至八舊,蘿蔔又好入味,值得一試。我仲聽咗個朋友教我點鱈魚白子,其實我完全唔知係乜,嚟到嘅時候有兩舊白雪雪嘅嘢用冰震住,食落滑嘟嘟,食完先上網Google一下究竟係乜,原來係鱈魚精囊,仲話好補身.....忘記呢啲食返啲正常嘢,叫咗個北海道海鮮丼($158 ),我覺得呢個相當之抵,魚生各兩片,包括:三文魚、吞拿魚、池魚、油甘魚、帶子、玉子、海膽、魚子和蟹籽各一堆,熟蝦和甜蝦各一隻,刺身新鮮唔洗講,啲飯係加左味素但唔會太鹹,呢個性價比好高,正!還有我最鍾意的Sukiyaki壽喜牛肉鍋( $128 )當然要追加個烏冬(加$35 ),估唔到個烏冬咁滑,牛肉有三大塊,不過我哋似乎煮得太耐,韌咗少少,另外仲有好多配菜,個豆腐又係好滑,正呀!
