糙米家,聽落都好健康!所以都好多上班一族會黎食午飯。健康煮,大約係湯飯咁,少鹽少油。魚柳健康煮+牛蒡茶有魚柳,同幾片菇,飯既份量就較少。糙米紅米同正常白米大概1:9,所以少食呢類米既朋友唔駛擔心好硬難入口。牛蒡茶入面有紅棗,甜甜地幾好飲。泡菜雞絲健康煮+奶茶 佢地既泡菜並唔係平常見到紅卜卜個隻,冇咁咸同冇咁辣。米線份量係平常出面食既一半。。。所以真係會好快餓。雞絲肉質都OK!但唔多。奶茶一般,欠缺港式奶茶的味道。
