To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫二人餐。炸蝦係返熱既,咬到第三啖都食唔到隻蝦,炸粉厚過我面皮!二人餐入面包魚生過壽司,當然魚生唔新鮮係必需啦,係超級市場質素,三文魚直情唔敢食。佢地menu話自己出名烏冬,就完全無口感。杯青蘋果梳打係綠色糖漿藥水,痴線!另外加個個清酒煮蜆仲癲,無酒就蜆食五隻三隻有沙。食到以為自己咬碎自己隻牙。燒鯖魚,就得面頭有七味粉味,入面完全無味。我呢世未食過咁難食既日本料理唯一正常既係杯麒麟啤酒正宗浪費食物
