今次朋友帶我黎到北角的滾得囍打邊爐。心諗熱辣辣打咩鬼邊爐,不過叫朋友咁用心推介下就試下啦。餐廳位於北角A出口行2分鐘到就到,位於一個小小的商場內,都幾易塭。餐廳由門口到內部裝修,到打邊爐的鍋,都非常精緻。係眾多的特色湯底中,我們揀左個好滋補的康熙花膠雞湯鍋。大家仲可以揀半隻雞連花膠($288)或者一隻雞($388)。同其他火鍋店唔同,職員會係食客面前剪開D花膠並放入雞湯內煲,另外會將7成熟的切雞另上,等食客食的時候先自己放入湯入面,以免雞肉因煮得太耐而變得嚡口。當雞湯滾起,大家可先品嘗花膠雞湯,飲夠之後就可以落切雞。湯非常香濃,唔會過咸。花膠的份量非常多,非常好食。另外,切雞的肉都好厚,而且唔會太肥,加落個湯到,湯的味道更濃郁更香,我們所有人一致大讚!我們叫左一客蟹皇餃,皮唔會過厚,而且蟹味都好出,唔錯唔錯。隨著大家對黑松露的追求,好多火鍋店都係墨魚滑加入惹味的黑松露,但唔係每間都做到夠香。追求濃味的我,都幾滿意呢份墨魚滑的味道,加上超彈牙的口感,我真係食左好多。愈來愈多火鍋店會自家炸響鈴,職員放下菜式都有介紹呢份響鈴係岩岩炸起,除左可以浸一浸湯底食,仲可以就咁食。食落非常鬆脆,而且非

桂花蚌係我其中一種打邊爐的喜愛的食物之一。餐廳的蚌非常新鮮,雖然未至於仲郁緊,但一睇顏色就知唔係keep左好耐。食落夠爽口,而且個量又唔少$98盡對抵食!

我們見到鹿兒島日本黑豚肉只係$88,所以都叫左一份。放置得好吸眼球的豚肉架,掛住你6條靚日本豚肉。唔算太肥的豚肉食落有少量的軟骨,口感都幾豐富。

本身想試飛驒和牛,不過我們已經叫左份靚豚肉,所以朋友仔建議都係食返餐廳推介的手切頂級安格斯牛肉。當牛肉上菜時,我就知我們無揀錯!牛肉片的紋路非常靚仔及平均,唔會太多肥。切得夠薄身的牛肉,食落牛味都幾香濃,就算唔點豉油都夠味。

我們仲叫左份手打芝心牛肉丸,牛肉以新鮮牛肉打成,入面的芝心係煮完後溶入於彈牙的牛丸內,好食!下次再黎時,可以叫返個手打丸拼盤,試多幾種丸。

飲品方面,我們叫左兩渣飲品。唔飲得凍野的我,就揀左熱的足料竹蔗茅根去清下熱。朋友們就揀左特濃冰凍洛神花茶去消下滯。兩枝都非常足料,絶對唔係市面上的「糖水」。
