想食得健康D,食多D菜,一般就會諗到食沙律,或者食齋,其實吾一定既。閒閒地叫個沙律都$50以上,仲要細細盒,作為一個男士,真係見到都會抑鬱。今日一條友走左去食粉面,叫左個雲吞河,再加碗菜。淨叫碗粉,可能就吾係好夠飽,叫多個唐生菜,有成大碗,咁就健康又飽肚。埋單都係$33。呢間興記幾平,$23單拼河粉,$28雙拼河粉。飲品都係5蚊6蚊,仲有自家製豆漿。雖然平,但係都幾大碗,怪不得咁多男士幫襯。如果想減肥,就吾好加腩汁。😏
