To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食景唔係食食物係ok的

真係好耐冇試過去燒嘢食，因緣際會經過龍鼓灘，見到原來佢有一個燒烤食場，價錢非常之平，又可以坐喺海灘旁邊燒嘢食，咁就諗住試吓。呢個價錢，坦白講九成以上都係食風景同風味，並唔係食物嘅味道。因為我哋去到都唔早，所以只夠時間攞到一輪食物，我哋喺佢個大冰櫃度每樣都攞少少，好食就固然好，唔好食就自求多福啦。同估計一樣，基本上食物連最難唔好食嘅腸仔都唔好食，而佢嘅牛扒，都唔知請放咗幾耐，主人房入口我覺得有陣味唔敢再食。但最難得嘅就係，佢嘅漢堡扒竟然係好食嘅，不過我已經唔夠時間去攞第二次，所以只係食咗一塊。整體上來講，呢個價錢完全唔會有期望，我只係為咗個風景而坐低，所以呢一餐我都食得好開心，因為佢滿足到我嘅要求。
