To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午來過此處好幾次，次次都遇人龍所以一直未有緣一試。今天來一個late breakfast。十時多，還是全院滿座。等了五分鐘，有位了。我們點了一份煎豬扒出前一丁和炒蛋火腿菠蘿包。麵上來了，上菜姐姐問有冇叫雞翼一丁，我們説是豬扒，姐姐眼睛一眨，説沒有豬扒，雞翼要唔要，我們說不要。我見到那個湯是白色的。一分鐘後，豬扒一丁來了，這次湯是深啡色的一丁湯。問題是，上錯了菜，為什麼要屈食客接受呢？如果真的是豬扒賣光，我相信會有同事問一句才給維護翼吧！這姐姐的服務非常有問題！至於食物，可以說是非常一般。菠蘿包不是新鮮熱辣，外皮不脆。夾了火腿蛋，我拿起來吃又不是，用刀叉又不是，結果包上的甜甜表皮給散到骨肉分離，狼狽不堪。唯一可取的是環境，十分有心詩，全是懷舊物品和佈置。可惜這不能令我們有再次光臨。
