To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

索罟灣一帶海鮮酒家得幾間, 呢間COMMENT 中規中距, 睇完二人套餐D餸都OK, 只係2百幾蚊就坐低了.先來元貝/炒菜/鮮魚,都好好味, 魚係新鮮的, 有人來搭枱, 我仲同佢地講話D野食又平又好味. 佢地都照跟我地叫2人餐.過了一個小時, 仲爭個豉油蝦, 咁我追單, 個姐姐話: 唔好意思, 個爐壞左, 而家整緊.再過多20分鐘, 再追, 答案一樣.我問: 咁轉白灼會唔會快D?哥哥仔話: 都係要跟隊排呀!點知過了幾分鐘, 來搭枱的人的白灼蝦都到了, 另一枱的焗龍蝦都到左 <- 遲過我地落單GA WOR....最後都幫我地轉了白灼, 阿姐們重申: 係個爐壞左呀! 再等, 連搭枱的客都開始催單了,我地就快放棄,諗住走, 呢個時候白灼蝦到左, 阿姐們再重申: 係個爐壞左呀! 白灼蝦一蝶約十零隻, 有3隻係"梅" 既, 可能係D 蝦自己等到"梅"

再過多20分鐘, 再追, 答案一樣.

我問: 咁轉白灼會唔會快D?

哥哥仔話: 都係要跟隊排呀!

點知過了幾分鐘, 來搭枱的人的白灼蝦都到了, 另一枱的焗龍蝦都到左 <- 遲過我地落單GA WOR....

最後都幫我地轉了白灼, 阿姐們重申: 係個爐壞左呀! 

再等, 連搭枱的客都開始催單了,我地就快放棄,諗住走, 呢個時候白灼蝦到左, 阿姐們再重申: 係個爐壞左呀! 

白灼蝦一蝶約十零隻, 有3隻係"梅" 既, 可能係D 蝦自己等到"梅"
