To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日叫咗三款黃金蝦,煎焗魚嘴,同豉油王鵝腸三樣出來完全唔熱煎焗魚嘴完全多粉同餐牌完全兩樣嘢職員仲話因為開冷氣大導致咁嘅情況其實啱啱出嚟啲菜式一啲都唔熱服務態度差唔好有下次同經理講話沒有問題,一大堆費話,之後話送自己製作合桃小食給我們當作補償呢間嘢越嚟越差,啲職員完全愛理不理,問非所答如果要幫襯真係要諗諗,價錢又唔係平值唔值得考慮真係要諗清楚,下一次一定唔會再過嚟,鍾意食麵粉嘅可以過嚟呢邊上試吓佢啲菜式
