今晚我們去咗西環皇后大道西嘅「華星客棧」食晚飯!我們叫咗萬佛朝宗「杏汁燉白肺湯」、猛火例湯「海底椰雪耳煲豬𦟌」、招牌剁椒蒸大魚頭、醋香豬扒、降龍十八炒「九層塔炒清真牛肉」、化骨綿掌「鴛鴦糯米釀鷄翼」、穿心龍爪手「特色砂鍋牛肉飯」同打狗棒法「鹹魚茸鮮魷蒸肉餅」!萬佛朝宗「杏汁燉白肺湯」嘅味道好香滑濃郁,杏汁嘅香味亦芳香!猛火例湯「海底椰雪耳煲豬𦟌」嘅湯料相當豐富,味道好清甜香濃!招牌剁椒蒸大魚頭真係超級新鮮,肉質極之鮮甜嫩滑!係本人嘅必食推介!醋香豬扒嘅醬汁有好濃烈嘅醋香味,但食落又唔會過酸,豬扒嘅肉質都幾鬆軟,唔會好「嚡」!降龍十八炒「九層塔炒清真牛肉」嘅牛肉肉質好嫩滑,醬汁嘅味道亦好濃郁!化骨綿掌「鴛鴦糯米釀鷄翼」炸得外層好金黃香脆,入面嘅鴛鴦糯米口感好煙煙韌韌!穿心龍爪手「特色砂鍋牛肉飯」炒得鑊氣十足,而且好乾身,牛肉嘅份量亦相當多!打狗棒法「鹹魚茸鮮魷蒸肉餅」係註明新鮮手打,所以肉質相當軟滑彈牙,加埋爽滑嘅魷魚粒,令到口感更加豐富!
