To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 二人午餐,嗌咗一個豬扒便當、一個半筋半肉牛肉麵同埋一份鹽酥雞。上菜速度正常,豬扒便當($61)套餐配碳焙烏龍茶(半糖少冰),牛肉麵配飲品要另外加錢。碳焙烏龍一飲以為全糖,原來糖漿係哂底未攪勻。牛肉麵($72) 有兩舊牛𦟌幾舊牛筋,冇舊係腍同入味。其他配料都好似未煮過咁,一舊白蘿蔔一舊紅蘿蔔,生到咬唔到咁濟。最後食唔落去要嗌多份鹽酥雞。鹽酥雞($32)值得讚嘅係上到嚟係keep到脆同熱,可惜味道偏鹹。雖然雞肉嫩滑,但炸粉多過雞肉本體。整體服務正常,環境都乾淨幾好坐。總結: 試過一次就夠,唔使特別去食。
