今日約左朋友黎呢間大紅袍火鍋,聽講都唔錯,環境又ok,所以就黎試下啦預先打左電話黎訂位,所以唔需要等位,星期四晚黎計都算多人,全場都滿既,但係外面就唔見人等位,建議大家黎食都係打電話留位先。餐廳唔算好大,大概坐到十數檯人,另外有兩間好大既vip房,可以坐一圍。我地就當然係坐出面啦,空氣都算流通,唔怕太熱或者太凍。坐底左就打算飲水先,點知叫左三個人都叫我地等陣先,跟住無左件事,成20分鐘都無俾到水我地可能係人手唔夠啦!隔左陣,湯底就黎到啦,我地叫左呢個招牌金屋藏嬌鍋,其實係由花膠,雞,蟲草花同冬瓜煲既,養生又養顏料都算ok既,唯獨係花膠得一隻,半隻雞其實好細但係味道係濃既,唔錯只係唔好預可以食料...話說中途就發生左一件事,侍應過黎幫我地剪開冬瓜,我地未知既時候問”咦,呢個咩黎㗎?”點知侍應就覆左我地一句”冬瓜囉!”態度超差,當時我同朋友都呆左好有驚喜既係呢個極上牛肉刺身,之前都有喺台灣食過牛肉刺身,又係好薄好甜,呢個都係,醬汁甜甜地,再加上洋蔥會無咁用腥,正$128既價錢計係幾抵食既另外十分推介既就係鴨血,如果你諗住同豬紅差唔多就錯啦豬紅可能好多人覺得太易淋同有少少腥,但係鴨血就唔會啦

好有驚喜既係呢個極上牛肉刺身,之前都有喺台灣食過牛肉刺身,又係好薄好甜,呢個都係,醬汁甜甜地,再加上洋蔥會無咁用腥,正$128既價錢計係幾抵食既

另外十分推介既就係鴨血,如果你諗住同豬紅差唔多就錯啦豬紅可能好多人覺得太易淋同有少少腥,但係鴨血就唔會啦,其實幾有咬口,又入味,可以一試㗎
