To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早到食館，踏入門口眼見有幾款自家出品，諗住慢慢睇睇，職員已不耐煩地催促「嘟」安心出行。當然食物質素確是不錯；奈何店員服務態度真的無服務可言。菜式不多，三款煲仔飯加幾款小菜，結論係出色的。煲仔飯精髓之處當然係飯焦，真的又香又脆；另外就係臘味下既嗰啖飯，吸收晒每種臘味滲出既油香，人人爭食就最興奮。評論服務差，具體表達一下: 要求額外餐具要問幾次；最後加單落甜品等了20分鐘後，「唔該 唔該 」叫幾次無人應，最後問甜品仲要等幾耐，先話忘記落單。
