To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物水準不俗，小炒夠鑊氣，下次會再去試其他小炒

今晚同朋友响荃灣區經過一間叫食得喜的小炒店，店子不大但見門口甘多人等位便想去試一下，大约等了差不多半小時卒之有2人枱。兩人吃了一個豬肺湯，味道清甜，不俗。大盆花菜，有臘腸同蝦乾，送飯一流，但份量比較多，我們兩人也吃剩了少許菜。最後上埋碟椒鹽九肚魚亦夠鑊氣，這間餐廳食物的水準幾好，唯一扣分是人多的關係嘈了一點。希望下次去開呢區再試其他小炒同鹵水野，因為見好多人也點了鹵水野。同埋原來小店亦也海鮮，下次試埋薑葱炒蟹先。👍👍
