To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐廳雖小，大概可坐20人到，位置都唔係啲大街，要行到入去先見到，但無阻我同屋企人去試食🙈我地一行幾人去食，見到餐牌其實都已經覺得幾吸引😂我地叫咗4款小食，3個主菜，仲有2個甜品😂😂首先黎咗個parma ham配芝士，parma ham足料得嚟又唔算好咸，啱啱好!芝士又有2款，同火腿分開食又得，夾埋火腿食又ok喎😋😋😋食完火腿芝士依啲濃味野，提子🍇就發揮左種refreshing嘅作用😯😯之後就嚟咗黑松露多士，我個人就覺得還好，我唔係好食得出黑松露味，加上可能有少少燶最後一款小食::法國焗田螺，個殼其實係麵包嚟，所以成嚿嘢都食得㗎！香草味突出，麵包焗到脆脆地，咬落去田螺唔un!!👍🏻主菜首先嚟咗豬鞍，好juicy,塊豬都唔un，唔錯唔錯！btw配菜啲紫薯好好食，甜㗎😂鴨胸香橙沙律，鴨胸份量比平時出去餐廳食嘅為多，感覺好似好抵😂沙律係黑醋沙律，我個人對黑醋麻麻，但配果個麵包我覺得好食，鬆軟👍🏻海鮮意粉，海鮮好足料呀！😍蜆好似食唔完咁，意粉唔乾身，有汁，蕃茄汁仲令人好開胃𠻹！下次再嚟嘅話，我諗我會再叫依個意粉哈哈食完主菜，店員推介carrot cake，咁我哋就試下啦!我初頭以為好甜㗎(因為外
