One Dim Sum has been in the location for many years and received an awful lot of favourable comments. From a recent visit, their food quality has been obviously declined. 🏔Price Despite prices unchanged, a 10% service charge was imposed. Overall, quite pricy. Don't understand why they have the right to round up cents to a dollar with no prior notice.🏔Tea quality You only have the choice of Pu' er 普洱 and Iron Tiguanyin 鉄觀音. Both Chinese tea were of no tea fragrance and not hot, like drinking tap

🏔Tea quality
You only have the choice of Pu' er 普洱 and Iron Tiguanyin 鉄觀音. Both Chinese tea were of no tea fragrance and not hot, like drinking tap water.
🏔Food quality
Ordered steamed rice with pork ribs, shrimp dumplings, BBQ buns, beef flour rolls and sweet and sour fried dumplings. There were a lot of pork ribs but over 40% fatty pork in the steamed rice. BBQ buns, shrimp dumplings and beef flour rolls were just average. Overall a bit oily.
🏔Environment
The decoration has been old. Environment can be described as not very clean. Capets trapped a lot of small particles and dirts.
🏔Overall conclusion
I believe One Dim Sum performed quite well in the past. For the past several years, a lot of Dim Sum shops open in Hong Kong with better price, environment and food quality. Surely we could have better choices if One Dim Sum would not improve their food quality and dinning conditions.
