To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有2位朋友去過元朗Glass House 食晚飯,都推介我食佢地既乳豬臘腸炒飯,見佢哋講到多七情上面,都令我有所動容,想去試試係咪真係咁好食。如果真係好好食嘅話,又唔係成日食貴野嘅情況下,$350 一碗又有乜所謂,對不對?苦等差唔多30分鐘名菜終於上枱,烤至金黃色的外表,配襯着臘腸炒飯加幾條青菜,賣相確係唔錯,萬二分肚餓既我急不及待就要食佢個乳豬,姨,咁鞋既,完全同我思想當中,皮脆肉嫩濃郁脂味的感覺完全唔同,勁似煲完湯嘅肉,十分鞋口。再試下個炒飯,因為炒飯十分油膩加上臘腸太甜,所以除咗第一二啖有香口惹味嘅感覺,第三四啖開始已經十分確喉,需要不斷飲水,才能舒緩喉嚨的不適感。因為用了$350去點有誰會捨得棄飯走人呢?對不對?幾經努力下差唔多食完整碗飯,感覺幾受罪的,第一個感覺,名過於實,呢個飯有生之年應該唔會再食第二次。大家唔好中計。又貴又唔好食!寫呢篇食評,除咗告戒大家唔好中計之外,都想同大家講唔好盡信做sales嘅朋友所講嘅說話。😂唔好太易相信「水怪」😂😂😂 期待可以同大家繼續分享食評。謝謝大家寶貴嘅時間。
