To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日叫咗碗蕃茄湯米線，有條頭髮係入面。即刻同個樓面姐姐講，姐姐聲稱個條唔係頭髮，係米線包裝絲，但個條明明幼到明顯係頭髮。我要求退款，姐姐話無得退，只能夠煮過碗比我，仲立刻拎走條頭髮，扔落地。請問我仲點會夠膽再食過另一碗，最後聲稱自己係老闆嘅姐姐要求我賣單走人。如果姐姐態度好啲我都可以算，佢當時態度極度惡劣。我已經表明會去報食環署，姐姐答我。呢個處理手法完全不能接受，不會再幫襯。
