To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一行十二人前往婚禮前享用午餐,突然想起附近有一家高質素的印尼餐廳,這是我們一直想嘗試但一直沒有機會的地方,這次終於能夠品嚐。我們點了幾道比較傳統的印尼菜餚,例如巴東牛肉、加多加多和沙嗲等。雖然餐廳的環境並不算寬敞,但食物的質素卻非常高,完美還原了我們在印尼旅行時的感受,令我們感到非常開心!不過,沙嗲卻遲遲未到。當我們詢問訂單狀況時,老闆非常有禮貌地協助跟進,並意外地額外送了兩串沙嗲給我們,讓我們感到驚喜不已!
