To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

溜沙奶黄包比較失望，因為裹面餡小包厚腐皮捲無蘿白，口感一般蝦餃皮薄，蝦又爽又大隻，very good !!!瑤柱灌湯餃整體不錯，餃餡有蟹柳絲，帶子，蝦，半瘦半胖豬肉，仲有鹽篩（讀音），鹽篩味比較重，覆蓋左帶子的味道，湯比較鹽，但有很瑤柱，湯與餃的比例very match !

腐皮捲無蘿白，口感一般

蝦餃皮薄，蝦又爽又大隻，very good !!!

瑤柱灌湯餃整體不錯，餃餡有蟹柳絲，帶子，蝦，半瘦半胖豬肉，仲有鹽篩（讀音），鹽篩味比較重，覆蓋左帶子的味道，湯比較鹽，但有很瑤柱，湯與餃的比例very match !
