Japanese Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期晚上六點左右入座，只有幾枱客，我叫咗串燒、湯拉麵及沾麵，麵湯出色，串燒都唔錯！遺憾嘅係當值員工與客零互動，零溝通！我不折不扣重述當時一坐低時同位女侍應嘅對話：我問：小姐有冇綠茶小姐：有，等等片刻之間她就送上兩杯（千両用的茶杯）熱水，杯內有一個茶包。我應：唔該晒之後我們之間再冇任何對話。埋單計數心算以為連加一應該五百鬆。點知收到單據要接近六百，仔細一看，原來兩杯熱水加一個茶包連加一就收咗七十蚊！我簡直覺得匪夷所思，我問佢哋點解唔一早講清楚一杯茶要收三十幾蚊，各人互望交換眼神卻沒有回應！唉，中伏！美心集團要賺錢一向都好有透明度，唔使陰陰濕濕，點解五行咁失敗？！
