To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又同好友出街食飯~~經過時代廣場鵝頸橋旁邊見到樓下貼住廣告開左「溫野菜」！同friend上4/f睇睇~~勁多人排隊！可見其利害呢~~所以我地都跟隊等待期間~門口有個大雪櫃放左好多食材~~日本佐賀黑毛和牛，澳洲，美國牛！仲有來自日本既蔬菜類~可見餐廳為求有質數~會到處搵靚料座位屬包箱形式~岩哂成班friend吹水都唔會比隔黎台聽到！呢間日底火鍋店係一人一鍋~自己簡岩湯底就開啟動了當日我簡左個鰹魚湯底~聽侍應講呢個湯底配襯肉類同埋蔬菜類都會好夾！呢度d牛肉類都幾大眾化平有平食~貴有貴食圖中既就係我覺得最正既佐賀A5黑毛和牛~紋理色澤紅潤！肉質超鬆化！！超樕滑牛味濃濃真係食到唔停得口叫左份松葉蟹腳~都係新鮮貨一咬開勁多肉汁係殼度彈出黎雖然蟹腳不算係十分多肉~但其鮮味總算值回票價日本冬菇~超香！！陣陣菇味在口內不散吸收埋鰹魚既湯底！味道更加鮮甜！再昇華本想叫烏冬的，但靚女店員推薦左我食闊條麵~佢話都非常彈口煙韌！真係無介紹錯超正~飲品就叫左巨峰提子燒酎活乳酸梳打，非常易入口，清清既提子味入口好舒服酒味不算太強~~絕對適合女士們啦甜就叫左份紅豆雪糕~~超得唔會過份既人工甜！超級欣賞呢間「溫野菜
