To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大概5,6點,行到有啲肚餓,咁岩落緊大雨,行左好耐都無頭緒想食啲咩。結果係比La eat嘅裝修報置吸引左,喺餐廳外面見到內裏柔和嘅光線,比人一種好舒服好有情調嘅感覺。入到去再發現餐廳所有物品都好有心思,例如係餐桌上嘅鮮花、桌燈、天花板燈嘅線都十分整理,無外露出嚟。再睇一睇餐牌,睇個餐牌就知道啲食物唔會唔好食,當一間餐廳主打幾款食物,代表廚師對呢幾款招牌精心鑽研過。我地叫左秘製香雞椰漿飯,每粒飯都食到椰漿嘅香味 ,而廚師上菜時亦都有提醒我哋將佢哋自家製參巴醬撈勻啲飯一齊食。參巴醬香辣惹味,再加上椰漿飯嘅甜味,令到成個飯嘅味道層次十分豐富。連女朋友唔食飯都忍唔住同我一齊食晒成個飯。而佢哋秘製香雞亦十分出色,雞皮香脆,雞皮同雞肉都充滿香茅嘅香味。出面好多餐廳只會雞皮有味,原因係雞扒醃製時間唔夠長。而呢個香雞就相當出色喇!成世人食過最好食嘅雞翼就係佢地嘅蝦醬雞翼!不得不提嘅係佢哋雞皮,從來未試過咬落個雞皮度係有酥脆嘅感覺,薄薄嘅一層炸粉(我甚至乎唔知道有冇用炸粉)係好費時的,首先一定要將雞翼滰乾水,將多餘水份抹乾,然後沾上炸粉,將多餘嘅粉拍走。其他餐廳都真係唔會咁嘥時間同你做咁多步驟,然後雞肉

6隻雞翼都只係賣緊$88,
懷疑老闆係唔想賺錢!
