To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友之前試過覺得不錯,極力推介,又不想走太遠去蘇豪,於是揀了這餐廳和朋友食晚飯聊天。餐廳內很寬敞,坐得很舒服,但明明是中菜廳,卻有隊外籍人士表演唱歌,有點奇怪,而且聲浪太大,我們談話時也要提高分貝強度。今次我們點了不少餸菜,包括了一個燉湯,燉湯沒特別。前菜是‘和牛沙律’,大部份都是牛肉,沒有什麼蔬菜,牛肉味道不錯但太韌了。主菜有‘蘆薈百頁’和‘蟹肉蛋白炒飯’,‘蘆薈百頁’其實最主要是食刀工,豆腐切成薄片,排列得十分漂亮,但味道就如想像般的淡,不過炒蘆薈就很清甜。至於‘蟹肉蛋白炒飯’用蒸籠上,我本身喜歡較濕身的炒飯,所以我覺得這炒飯極之不錯。甜品我們點了‘海底椰燉李子’和‘杏仁茶’,都是有水準之作。侍應服務都不錯,會自動加茶和分餸,值得一讚。但餐廳冷氣太凍了,餸菜很快便涼了,有點可惜。
