星期日下午2:30想食嘢,見佢裝修幾特別,啲食物個樣睇落好似幾得,最緊要係冇乜人,只係得幾台客,唔使排隊咪去下囉。去攞位嘅時候已經覺得啲侍應發緊夢。有兩個侍應一男一女企喺門口,但用個背脊對住啲等位嘅客,其實唔知佢哋兩個喺度做緊乜嘢。不過唔緊要,叫一叫佢哋,佢都會安排座位。坐低,睇餐牌,過咗我諗大概五至10分鐘,都冇侍應想過嚟落order。感覺佢哋都比較chill. 唔緊要,我主動啲,大動作啲,大聲啲講句”唔該落單!” 見到有個冬陰功大蝦Pizza感覺幾特別,就想試吓,個女侍應話supplier返唔到貨,冇貨做唔到。唔緊要,叫個肉碎豬頸肉pizza,雖然最想食嗰樣嘢已經冇咗。再叫咗個淡淡蟹肉擔擔飯。佢哋啲奶昔嘅配搭都幾大膽,好奇好想試吓。叫咗個番薯話梅奶昔同埋抹茶奶昔。然後想叫多個炸地瓜條。侍應姐姐又話冇貨,冇得食炸地瓜條。講真,番薯係咪真係咁難買?咁都冇?係冇定係廚師唔想煮?唔緊要啦,落住單先。過咗大概幾分鐘,侍應又返嚟,佢話冇貨,奶昔冇得賣。真係好多個黑人問號系個心入面。其實啲食材係咪真係咁特別呢?咁都冇?簡簡單單喺餐牌度叫咗幾樣嘢食,有四樣都冇。不如你哋整一整個餐牌,淨係寫一啲你哋
過咗大概幾分鐘,侍應又返嚟,佢話冇貨,奶昔冇得賣。真係好多個黑人問號系個心入面。其實啲食材係咪真係咁特別呢?咁都冇?簡簡單單喺餐牌度叫咗幾樣嘢食,有四樣都冇。不如你哋整一整個餐牌,淨係寫一啲你哋有嘅嘢啦。
我覺得佢哋公司嘅安排同埋員工培訓可以做好啲。
最後個Pizza同個飯冇咩特別。fusion 味道配搭我覺得OK嘅。唔會話太奇怪。但應該唔會再去啦。一次就夠。唔想坐低先至發覺想叫嗰樣就冇嗰樣。好似俾人呃咗入去咁。明明餐牌有嘅嘢,睇咗覺得有興趣,先入去坐低食。坐低發覺想食嘅嘢大部份都冇嘅時候,走又唔係,唔走又唔係。感覺唔好。
