To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

o個日和老婆打算試o下佢地，話以香草作主理，那時時間尚早，大約21:00，剛坐下點菜，食物都算快和ok，但21:30開始已陸陸續續執拾檯椅、掃地、拖地，但這時主菜剛剛到，就算打掃，都等我地用膳完畢才做，簡直沒有衛生常識，又不是茶餐廳收費，超碼都給點services，但我以為太遲入來，但餐牌寫營業到23:00，給我感覺像是打攪佢地收工，逼不得已草草了事，如果係早收工，就不要招呼我地啦。雖然食物ok，但咁o既服務水準，想再幫襯報幾難。
