To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐點了Fleur Lover和熱Matcha Latte，還附送餐湯。Fleur，就是法文「花」的意思，餐廳以食用花為主題，菜肴色彩繽紛，不單能滿足食客的視覺、味覺、嗅覺，想必也能讓食客的相機吃飽。Fleur Lover是很popular的熱選餐點，是即叫即烔的鬆餅，故需耐心等候約15-20分鐘。熱辣辣鬆餅綴以絢麗的食用花、灑上雜莓和堅果、配合忌廉和楓樹糖漿，非常好看亦好味！甜度恰到好處，不會過膩，零罪惡感。而Matcha Latte茶味細緻、質感幼滑、配上香脆的biscotti餅乾，整體非常圓滿。食髓知味，第二天則試了Yogurt Lover、Croissant Lover、兩款Cold Chill Tea分別是Lychee & Rose和Superfruit。Yogurt Lover是螺旋藻香蕉乳酪、配以雜錦燕麥、水果、牛奶餅、椰絲、食用花，plating presentation像一個海灘，令人看得神往，很有渡假feel。香蕉乳酪的味道亦非常可口，和燕麥、牛奶餅、水果都非常夾，是午餐輕盈清新之選。而Croissant Lover則是惹味香口之選，酥炸軟殼蟹配牛角包、太陽蛋，還有

Yogurt Lover是螺旋藻香蕉乳酪、配以雜錦燕麥、水果、牛奶餅、椰絲、食用花，plating presentation像一個海灘，令人看得神往，很有渡假feel。香蕉乳酪的味道亦非常可口，和燕麥、牛奶餅、水果都非常夾，是午餐輕盈清新之選。

而Croissant Lover則是惹味香口之選，酥炸軟殼蟹配牛角包、太陽蛋，還有帶點香辣的Sriracha是拉差沙律醬，令人胃口大開。而以清爽的Cold Chill Tea配搭就正好，圓碌碌的冰球內藏著一朵食用花，盡見廚師的心思，細節亦一絲不苟。味道方面，Lychee & Rose比較重花香的elegant，Superfruit則酸酸甜甜refreshing。
