旺角呢座大廈開左之後都無黎過,帶住嘴刁嘅朋友搵食梗係搵間新嘅味道都唔會被左右嘛。平日夜晚黎呢度唔算多人,加上樓頂高樓層高,配埋有格調嘅裝潢,其實係幾好 feel ,不過兩個女仔黎又使乜feel 唔 feel 呀😂大家都唔係澱粉人,所以叫左幾款前菜小食~我想講佢真係好高級,每碟菜式擺盤都相當精緻,真係藝術品咁呀。傳統炸一口芝士(金文拔)$68一口芝士都幾多粒,外層炸到好酥脆,裡面d 芝士仲係流心狀態!芝士佢用上靚少少嘅款色,所以幼滑度大大提升,唔點醬食都唔會覺得好膩,個醬少少酸,點左就可以食多幾粒卷心生菜鮮蝦蟹肉沙律 $68純粹想食菜先點佢,無諗過最好食係佢!視覺上滿分好打卡~~~生菜好新鮮,就咁食都好甜,完全無臭青味,一片一片咁食都幾過癮,而且佢同蟹肉好夾,係會令人上癮嘅沙律來呢~~西班牙風味炒蜆$78同普通最大的分別就係醬汁唔同左,有少少辣,由於加左唔少香料,所以D蜆特別惹味,作為小食會令胃口大開~D蜆肉都相當足料幾有口感又唔腥,整體感覺幾與別不同,可以一試炭燒美國安格斯西冷 $248佢有得揀肉眼同西冷,我地選擇左後者~首先塊扒都幾大塊,最好係唔多脂肪,入口即融,本來叫左7成,但牛肉

佢有得揀肉眼同西冷,我地選擇左後者~首先塊扒都幾大塊,最好係唔多脂肪,入口即融,本來叫左7成,但牛肉質素高,所以raw D應該都得~
而且佢真係有炭燒的味道,更加有風味!

食完正餐梗係要食甜品啦~~雪葩落肚剛好可以解膩~~成個presentation都好精美,不過個雪葩實在太凍,敏感牙齒要小心,哈哈~味道方面水蜜桃味都幾濃郁同時keep到清新感覺,食少少已經好足夠呢,連雪葩都有水蜜桃蓉,不錯不錯!
