To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食羊最好，但肉骨茶好一般

每季返工都有機會遇上不同的組長，感恩呢兩季返工的組長喜歡幫組員爭取一天留在office整理問卷，並順便請大家午餐。是日我們便到附近工廠區呢個樓上位的餐廳午餐，但睇餐牌感覺唔算平，但勝在有樓上位可以坐，大家閒談而不被催趕~~~我叫咗肉骨茶米粉，感覺唔到肉骨茶果種好重的楜椒味，感覺跟普通咸湯冇分別~~~而食羊肉的同事就好好咁讓我們一人試一件羊肉，感覺羊肉未重而唔「蘇」，真係極力推介~~~不過我意想不到飲熱柚子蜜要加$12，價錢好似冇咁合理，如果下一季再做，我自己唔會花錢幫襯呢間價錢貴dd的餐廳😂😂😂
