To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實今次寫的呢間漁樂都食過好多次,外賣都試過,試過的有濛粉、金邊粉、飯、甚至剛開時的套餐都試過,但今日就少有地去左下午茶,下午茶睇落抵食好多,$38~$40已經有飯,仲加送飲品一杯。叫左一份是馬來沙嗲焗豬扒飯,另一份是泰皇椰汁焗雞扒飯。飲品可選奶茶或咖啡,我們都選左奶茶。奶茶幾大杯下,味道可以,一坐低店員都主動比左杯水。兩份焗飯味道都好食,屋企人曾經叫過外賣,話外賣個份量就大份啲,呢個下午茶餐的份量相對夠細,男仕食就唔夠飽。汁係ok多,夠拌飯用,味道而且好香。雞扒肉質都好,配椰子芝士味道好正,仲帶有香茅味,但香茅味唔會太搶,呢樣覺得幾好。豬扒偏向薄身,可能咁樣焗起上來快熟啲,食落都好易咬開,唔會“un”,味道都幾好。啲飯粒粒分明都好食,黃色的飯睇落都好吸引,有異國風情格調😋店內的裝修都好靚,坐唔同位置去睇都覺得不錯。服務未去到最好,但算ok的,有遇過有不少服務員都好!
